The Children's Ministry is an integral part of First Baptist Church of Kimberling City. It is a cooperative effort between the church and the home, utilizing the efforts of both the parents (guardians) and the church body to effectively reach the children of our community with the message of Jesus Christ. The The material we use is Bible-based. We believe the the Word of God is the answer to all of our needs and for our lives. Our teachers and assistants are a collective group of people who have trusted in Christ as their personal Savior and desire to share the love of Jesus to our children.
KidZone-Life Groups
KidZone meets at 9:00 AM in the lower level.
During Worship the children sit with their LifeGroup classmates and teachers to worship with the band and worship leaders followed by Life Group. In Life Group the boys and girls separated into classes designated by their age. Here they focus on Bible-based curriculum used to help them understand God's Word and how His love is demonstrated in their lives.

Mighty Kids of God, more commonly known as M-KOG, and our After School Program are our Wednesday night programs for kids from K through 6th Grade. The After School Program is from 4 to 5:15 PM, where the kids can come hang out in a safe environment with a meal is provided. M-KOG, starting at 5:15, is filled with music, games, and time spent with others their own age, growing with Biblical stories and God's love in their lives.
